Feature Questionnaire

Congratulations! You are the winner of a Publish Her Story micro grant for your business!

As a grant winner, you will receive:

A $500 micro grant for your business. Grant funds are distributed via PayPal or check. Please verify the email address associated with your PayPal account. If it is a business account, you will be charged a PayPal fee. If you’d prefer to receive a check, please provide a delivery address that is not a PO box. Grant money is typically sent within two weeks of receiving your Publish Her Story feature questionnaire (more on that in a moment).
A feature for your business. Details of your business and entrepreneurial journey will be featured in our digital and print publications, which have an audience of more than 30,000 small business owners and supporters.
A photo shoot for your business (for Minnesota winners only). Publish Her Story and BankCherokee will host a mini photo shoot at the Publish Her offices at ModernWell. You will receive digital files of the photos to use however you see fit.

Complete and submit the Publish Her Story feature questionnaire. Once you’ve completed the form, we’ll begin processing your grant payment and a member of our team will be in touch.
