Meet the Publish Her Grant Winners
Publish Her’s mission has remained the same since day one: equity for women.
Women still earn around 20 percent less than men. According to the 2022 Global Gender Gap Report, at the current rate of progress, it will take more than 130 years to achieve pay equity. The pay gap affects women business owners, who earn significantly less for a number of reasons, largely because they don’t receive access to the critical resources their male counterparts do to start and grow small businesses. The odds are also stacked against women authors, and even more so for women of color, women with disabilities, members of the LGBTQ+ community or any combination of these.
Publish Her is on a mission to disrupt the status quo. We demonstrate our commitment to creating equity for women by providing access to resources like education and grants, and by giving women business owners and authors the recognition they deserve. Since 2018, Publish Her (formerly My Founder Story) has grown a community of more than 30,000 members and awarded more than $250,000 in grants and services to women.
