‘Keep Going’ Notebook Journal, A Collaboration With Lake House Designs, Symbolizes Resilience and Benefits Immigrant Women’s Initiatives

Publish Her, a female-founded independent publisher dedicated to educating authors and elevating the words, stories and writing of women, announces the launch of the “Keep Going” hardcover notebook journal. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the sale of this notebook journal benefit initiatives that support immigrant women. The journal is available now.

About the Journal

When the U.S. government launched Operation Metro Surge in early 2026, Minneapolis, Minnesota-based Publish Her began raising awareness and funds for mutual aid to support immigrants. To continue its efforts, Publish Her partnered with Jacki Lake of Lake House Designs on an exclusive journal design. This 5.5″ x 8.5″ notebook journal features 180 college ruled pages with case binding and a hard cover. The artwork features bright florals and “Keep Going” in bold lettering to symbolize resilience and perseverance.

“What a dream collaboration to help raise awareness and much-needed funds for immigrant women’s initiatives,” Jacki said. “As a proud Filipina American, this cause is important to me.”

About the Artist

Jacki Lake discovered her love of lettering as a child and created greeting cards, posters and flyers throughout school and college. After college, she worked at a law firm, married and had two kids. While raising her family, she designed signage and menu boards for local businesses and taught herself digital hand lettering once her kids were in college. She became known for colorful, expressive digital designs featuring bold graphics and unapologetic phrases. In her 50s, Jacki launched Lake House Designs. Items featuring her designs are available online and in boutiques nationwide. She also does custom design work and commissions.
