Chris is the founder of Publish Her and Publish Her Story, an independent publishing company and digital magazine, both dedicated to elevating the words, writing and stories of women. An educator and author of “Whyography: Building a Brand Fueled by Purpose,” Chris has helped thousands of women tell their stories and publish their books. Since 2018, Publish Her has awarded more than $250,000 in grants and services to underrepresented women business owners and authors. Inspired by her dad’s career in the printing industry (he was a 40-year offset press operator), Chris studied print publication design and went on to work in mainstream media for 15 years before launching her business.
